1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting ZenitsuBot to your Discord server, using any of its commands, or accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the bot or website.

2. Description of Service

ZenitsuBot is a Discord bot that provides entertainment, utility, and gaming features including but not limited to: anime information lookup, music playback, economy system, mini-games, server moderation tools, and Steam/gaming integration. The bot is provided free of charge for personal and community use.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your country's laws) to use ZenitsuBot. By using the bot, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the authority to accept these terms.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use ZenitsuBot to:

  • Spam commands or abuse bot functionality
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Share inappropriate, illegal, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the bot
  • Use automated scripts or bots to interact with ZenitsuBot
  • Impersonate bot developers or moderators

5. Economy System

ZenitsuBot features a virtual economy system with coins, items, and other virtual goods. These virtual items have NO real-world value and CANNOT be exchanged for real money. We reserve the right to modify, reset, or remove economy data at any time without notice. Economy progress is not guaranteed and may be lost.

6. Server Moderation

Server administrators and moderators are responsible for how ZenitsuBot is used in their servers. We are not responsible for actions taken by server staff using the bot's moderation features. Users should report abuse to server administrators first.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep ZenitsuBot online 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The bot may be offline for maintenance, updates, or due to technical issues. We are not liable for any disruption of service.

8. Intellectual Property

ZenitsuBot and all related materials, including but not limited to code, graphics, and documentation, are the property of the bot developers. Third-party content (anime data, game information, etc.) is provided via public APIs and belongs to their respective owners.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ZenitsuBot at any time, without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason we deem appropriate. You may stop using the bot at any time by removing it from your server.

10. Limitation of Liability

ZenitsuBot is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or any other direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the bot.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZenitsuBot developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the bot or violation of these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of ZenitsuBot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will announce major changes in our support server.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with the jurisdiction of the bot operator's location.
